WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders that are in-stock ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email.

I LOVE WHAT I ORDERED BUT I NEED TO MAKE A SMALL CHANGE. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. Although we do not process standard exchanges, you may request a return label and re-purchase the item that you prefer.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

kebius.shop accepts returns within 30 days of your receipt of an item. Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect and Unopened product. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason we also accepted. The customer bears all round-trip ship costs. kebius.shop reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
